{Good morning! Hope your weekend was spectacular? I have been reflecting a lot on the new year and my resolutions are quite simple... although I have been a vegan since last March and have been eating extremely well, I've decided to reintroduce cheese {those without rennet} and fish into my diet... I am also committed to practicing daily gratitude, yoga and meditation. To date, I have been doing a 25-minute yoga segment upon waking and am also taking evening walks...
