Inspiration: {Peach, Blueberry & Lemon Thyme Galettes}

{since returning from vacation, I've had to plan menus again... always daunting to find the perfect recipes, yet yesterday I made this recipe for an unexpected crowd of six and I hope to master these delicious galettes for this Saturday (of course, I'll have to adapt the recipe a bit to make it vegan).}
